Massage

Massage therapy promotes relaxation and may help ease stress and tension.  Typically a full body massage lasts for an hour. During the treatment, towels will be used to ensure your modesty. I use oils, creams or talc during the massage. These can help nourish the skin and allow a fluid, free-flowing massage.

Then there are psychological benefits, too – such as feelings of relaxation and well-being.
